Field Service

The Fowler High Precision Field Service Department offers on-site set up and installation, calibration, repair services and preventative maintenance for the: Sylvac Scan (formerly Tesa Scan) and Tesa Visio (None DCC type) units. The service includes a one-year warranty on parts and labor.

Our field service technicians are factory trained and certified, providing quality service to meet the needs of our customers.

He is factory trained and certified in calibrating and servicing the Scan and Visio product lines. He can answer most software, calibration, and repair issues related to these product lines.
