Field Service
The Fowler High Precision Field Service Department offers on-site set up and installation, calibration, repair services and preventative maintenance for the: Sylvac Scan (formerly Tesa Scan) and Tesa Visio (None DCC type) units. The service includes a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
Our field service technicians are factory trained and certified, providing quality service to meet the needs of our customers.

Brian Hutchings, Field Service Engineer
Brian is a veteran Electronic Engineer with over 15 years of experience as an electro-mechanical technician. He is factory trained and certified in calibrating and servicing the Scan and Visio product lines. He can answer most software, calibration, and repair issues related to these product lines.

Limar Wies, 3D Metrology Service and Application Engineer
Limar is a Mechanical Engineer and has been with the Fowler service team for over four years and has experience working on all of our product lines as a Field Service Engineer. In his current position as a 3D Metrology Service and Application Engineer, Limar focuses on Aberlink CMM tech-support, repair, calibration and installations. He can answer most software, calibration, and repair issues related to this product line.

Jacob M. Kohler, Field Service Engineer
Jacob is a Machinist's Mate First Class from the US Navy. He joins the Fowler service team with mechanical maintenance experiences from HVAC to food equipment repairs. He will be your main point of contact for anything Sylvac / Trimos-related. He can answer most software, calibration, and repair issues related to these product lines.
